What are the sizes for chain and bracelets available in the website?

What materials are used in your products? 

We use a variety of different materials according to a specific product’s design and needs. The main materials used in our products are:

  • Stainless Steel 316L: mainly used in our minimal pendants since 316L contains less carbon than 316 (The L denotes the low content of carbon in the steel) being a superior choice for high corrosion and high temperature applications.
  • Stainless Steel 304L: mainly used in minimal chains such as rope link, franco link, figaro link among others.
  • Copper: used as alloys of combined Brass and Bronze to ensure an extreme durability. Copper, as a metal, is antimicrobial and antifungal and is not harmful to your skin – mainly used in our Icy pendants.
  • 14k & 18K Gold Plating: used in multiple layers over our Copper or Silver products (with 0.1μm microns) avoiding corrosion, improving solderability and hardening of the base components The difference between 14K and 18K Gold Plating lies on the percentage of alloyed metals used in our pieces affecting their durability and resistance to wear and tear. Normally, 14k Gold can be an excellent choice for those with more active lifestyles while 18k Gold has a brighter and more vivid appearance.
  • 925 Sterling Silver (S925): used in all of our 925 Sterling Silver Collection, this material is a combination of 92.5% Silver and 7.5% Copper, hypoallergenic and guarantees high quality resistance and durability coupled with skin safety.
  • Cubic Zirconia (CZ): used in our Icy collection to simulate real diamonds. This synthesized material can have many colors and is the cubic crystalline form of zirconium dioxide. While there are many materials that simulate real diamonds, the cubic zirconia is by far the most common and the most realistic.

Each material is selected as we aim for longevity, quality of the item and 100% safety on all types of skin.

 

What cautions should I have with my pieces?

Many of the HypeVault pieces are made of copper with a gold PVD coating and cubic zirconia. These types of materials require special care to maintain their good condition and ensure maximum durability:

  1. Direct contact with chemicals: avoid exposing your garments to chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, cleaning products and/or beauty products. Due to their characteristics, this type of chemical product can stain copper and permanently damage your pieces;
  1. Remove before showering: just like some chemical products, soap and humidity can affect the appearance and durability of your garments and therefore we recommend that you remove all accessories when showering or when you are in environments with a high level of humidity;
  1. Cleaning: to clean your pieces, use a soft, dry cloth to gently remove any possible dirt. It also avoids direct contact with abrasive substances that could permanently scratch and damage the cubic zirconia;
  1. Proper storage: store your HypeVault parts in dry, protected places, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use our HypeVault boxes to keep your pieces well protected.

 

Does your products have warranty?

As we aim to bring the best possible product quality to our customers, every piece come with a lifetime warranty. If your products gets damaged, broken, or stop working correctly with normal use, the warranty cover a single replacement - free. This warranty does not cover products with problems related to bad usage (scratches, accidents, damages due to water, and others). 

If for any reason your products are out of stock for the replacement, you may replace them for others of the same value (or lower).

*Our lifetime warranty does not cover stolen or lost items.

 

How long is the shipping time? 

After the usual 1-3 days of order processing after the payment has been accepted, and depending on your location, our orders usually take the following days to arrive at your door:

Portugal: 1-3 Working Days

Madeira/Azores: 2-4 Working Days

Spain: 3-5 Working Days

Rest of Europe: 4-8 Working Days

 Our EU customers will not need to pay any duty or VAT to clear customs

Rest of the World: 5-15 Working Days

Can I change my order?

We are unable to make any changes to your order after you hit the ‘order now’ button. This includes:

1. Changing the item or size.
2. Changing delivery/billing address.
3. Adding new items to the order.
4. Changing shipping method.

If the order is submitted with an incomplete or incorrect address at the checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order doesn't arrive and/or goes missing. We are not liable to replace/refund this order.

 

When do you restock your out-of-stock pieces? 

Although some exclusive products don’t have restocks, we are constantly restocking most of the out-of-stock pieces on our website. Be the first to know when a product is restocked by submitting your e-mail on “Notify me” product page.  

 

How do I track my order?
