Our shipping times will vary from your geographical location and will always be the time sum of Order Processing Time and Standard Delivery Time: 

1) Order Processing Time: 1-3 Working Days

2) Standard Delivery Time (tracking number included):

- Portugal: 1-3 Working Days - 3,50€

- Madeira/Azores: 2-4 Working Days - 3,50€

- Spain: 3-5 Working Days - 6,50€

- Rest of the Europe: 4-8 Working Days - 6,50€

Our EU customers will not need to pay any duty or VAT to clear customs.

- Rest of the World: 5-15 Working Days - 15,00€

 

Order Returns:

Unfortunately, if you are not truly satisfied with our products or have simply chosen the wrong size, you are eligible to return your item(s) for a refund.

To make a return, all the following points must be fulfilled:

• The return needs to be made within 14 business days of delivery.
• The return must be sent in the original packaged condition and items HAVE TO BE UNWORN AND without any damages.
• Customer will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
• The shipping paid on returned items will not refunded.

HYPEVAULT, LDA will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the return or shipment.

Once the item(s) are received and pass the quality inspection, we will issue the refund. In case of an exchange, the customer must purchase the new items(s) using store credit.

 

Order Cancellations:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order after it has been placed.

Every piece come with a lifetime warranty. If your products gets damaged, broken, or stop working correctly with normal use, the warranty cover a single replacement - free*. This warranty does not cover products with problems related to bad usage (scratches, accidents, damages due to water, and others). 

If for any reason your products are out of stock for the replacement, you may replace them for others of the same value (or lower).

*Our lifetime warranty does not cover stolen or lost items.
